  • Diamond cut wheel refurbishing process, in which the tyre is removed from the rim and is repaired using various techniques which depends on the damage of the rim. After the repair, the alloy is sprayed or powder coated (described below) and is then gone through a process called the diamond cutting process which is done using the latest technology in the market and a thin layer on the surface of the rim is removed with a lathe and is then ready for the finishing process which will give a breathtaking finish to the alloy - we offer customers to pick custom colour when using this service.

  • Powder Coating is a process in which the Rim is repaired and cleared of damage, corrosion and old finish using high standard equipment and ovens which restores the original colour of the alloywheel or to completely change the colour of your choice.

  • Some alloywheel refurbishment only require a small area of damage that needs to be repaired and resprayed, also known as SMART repair. Drivy offers alloywheel refurbishment using this technique too for small repairs.
